When did you start the sport, how and with who?
Waveski – Started in 1982 riding one my father bought 2 years later became the national junior champion and 4th in the open category & competing at the top level ever since. Surf Kayaking – July 09 after a brief encounter with Darren Bason...

What are your most memorable moments when taking part in your sport?
Waveski – qualifying for the professional waveski tour event in Reunion Island last year as well as hanging out and surfing with the worlds best riders. Surf Kayak – winning the 09 masters title 

What is your favourite piece of Nookie kit?
3/4 Strides

What are your favourite features /reason it’s your favourite piece of kit?
They dont slip down and protect your knees when you're pushing hard!

What are your plans over the next 12 months?
World Waveski titles in September, USA Santa Cruz March 2010, Get something happening in competitive surf kayaking in Australia.

What other interest do you have, sports or otherwise?
My wife Ming and Surf Photography!

What is your job?
Pharmaceutical Rep but am taking 2 years off, maybe 3, to surf as much as I can.

Where’s your favourite place in the world?
Bali!

What advice do you have for others to get into the sport?
Don’t give up! You’ll meet a lot of great people along the way!
