Measure all the way round under cockpit rim using a tape measure or piece of string. Compare the circumference measurement to the chart below:

BIGDECK
Circumference – 205-235cm
Front to back – 85-95cm
WAIST SIZES
XS – 26″(66cm) – 30″(76cm)
SM – 28″(71cm) – 34″(86cm)
LXL – 32″(81cm)- 40″(102cm)
There is some overlap in these sizes, it depends how tight a fit you prefer
