Nookie offer a one year guarantee on all their products against faulty workmanship and materials. This guarantee is valid to the original retail consumer purchaser only and a proof of purchase will be required.
If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing failure Nookie will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective part. Nookie must receive the faulty item back before any repair, refund or replacement can be actioned.
The product must be sent directly to Nookie (carriage paid by you) together with the completed RETURNS FORM.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear & tear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration or unauthorised repair. Latex seals and fabric socks are not covered under this guarantee due to their vulnerable nature. Clothing must be clean and dry before being sent back for warranty or repair work. Wet, dirty or stinking products will not be repaired and returned to the sender. Please allow up to 21 days for items to be returned.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage is not free – it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the product to Nookie.
